Art Clubs Policy

Prepayment is required for all programs.

Registrations are non-refundable, please check your dates carefully. 

If you notify us of your inability to attend 14 days prior to the start of the program, we will issue you a full credit good for a year from the date you notify us.

If you notify us of your inability to attend with less than 14 days’ notice no credit will be issued.

In the event a program does not meet its minimum enrollment we will cancel the program five days before the program start date and a full refund will be issued to you. 

Summer Art Camps and No School Art Camps Policy

In the event a program does not meet its minimum enrollment we will cancel the program one week before the program start date and a full refund will be issued to you. 

If a program is not able to be held in person due to inclement weather we will schedule a make up day. If a make up day is not possible, we will issue you a full credit good for a year from the date of program modification.
